There’s a quiet strength in softness, and Nayana embodies just that. With its delicate blue floral scatter across an ivory base, this Khadi cotton saree captures the freshness of a meadow after rain. The splash of rose pink on the borders adds a gentle contrast, like the flush of dawn meeting pale morning skies.
Woven by hand in Bardhaman, West Bengal, using 100-count yarn on the warp and 56-count on the weft, Nayana is light, breathable, and designed for comfort through the seasons. The fine floral motifs are block printed in Sanganer using a traditional discharge method, a slow, careful process that brings clarity to colour and ensures lasting softness. Steamed and washed thoroughly, the fabric drapes with a supple grace, inviting ease into every fold.
This is a saree that doesn’t demand attention but holds it all the same, perfect for workdays, quiet celebrations, or whenever you need a little floral calm.
