Collection: PALLAV
In Bengal, the mango tree is never just a tree. It marks the arrival of summer, the beginning of ceremony, the smell of something sweet and imminent in the air. Its leaves hang in doorways at weddings and pujas. Its flowers appear before the fruit, small and clustered, almost shy. And its new leaves, the pallav unfurl in a particular shade of red-green that belongs entirely to the season and nowhere else.
This collection begins there. With a single pallav. A mango leaf cluster observed slowly, drawn by hand, and shaped in bronze plated in 18-carat gold.
Every piece in Pallav takes the mango leaf, the flower bud and the tender shoot as its singular motif and explores what that form can become when it is worked through different hands and different scales.
Wear Pallav the way Bengal wears the mango tree — as something completely natural, completely beautiful, and entirely its own.
