The kora and multicolour stripe shirt in a slightly different panel arrangement from its counterpart, the same handspun cotton, the same fine Jamdani buti detail on the kora sections, the same multicolour hand-stitching at every join, but placed so that the stripe falls differently across the body and the whole thing has a distinct character of its own. A mandarin collar and full sleeves. Worn outdoors against monsoon green it looks exactly as it should, a handmade shirt in natural cotton that belongs entirely in the world it was made for. No season asks for this shirt more than the one we are in right now.
