Yali Alpona Drop Earrings

A flourish of metal, followed by a small guardian.

An elongated ornamental top opens into curling scrollwork, with a sculpted Yali suspended beneath it. The spaces within the upper section balance the rounded body and intricately curled mane of the creature below. Cast using traditional Indian soil-casting techniques and refined by hand, the Yali carries the memory of Hampi’s carved forms into a moving silhouette. The metal remains unplated, allowing its surface to deepen with time and develop the aged character intended for the collection.
