Yali Jugol Drop Earrings

Two sculpted Yali figures sit one beneath the other, joined by a short cylindrical connector. Their opposing profiles give the earrings a lively rhythm, drawing attention to the lifted heads, curled manes and smooth, rounded bodies. With no coloured accents, the character of the motif and the warmth of the metal hold the composition together. Each Yali is traditionally soil-cast and refined by hand, with subtle variations that distinguish one casting from another. The unplated finish will acquire a deeper patina with wear.
