1. Most of our products are created in small batches to maintain the exclusivity. Please do make sure that we scrutinized the sold product before it gets dispatched. So we do not offer any return and refunds.
   
   
2. Above all if you really don’t want the product you have selected, then we have “EXCHANGE”offer for you. In this situation do send us an email within 48 hours with appropriatecauseand you are free to choose any other products from our website on exchange. If the EXCHANGE value goes up then that need to be paid by the customer.
   
   
3. Please do make sure that the product should be returned to us in the receiving condition with the tags intact. We do not accept returned merchandise if the price-tag is removed. We will accept to process all returns within five working daysfrom the date of delivery. Washed, used, ironed products cannot be returned or exchanged.
   
   
4. Cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

Please note that since all our products are handmade they may have some minor irregularities and loose ends. These are an effect of handmade efforts and manual artworks and not defects.
